Smoke investigation at Farmington Hills apartment building

24564 Lincoln Court, Farmington Hills · Nov 6, 2026, 7:03 PM

Fire crews were sent to an apartment building at 24564 Lincoln Court after a report of gray smoke coming from a bathroom. Crews arrived at what was described as a large three-story building with nothing visible from outside, and went inside to check the bathroom while another crew walked around the exterior. Crews reported finding a ripped dryer vent, with the running dryer's exhaust apparently venting into the bathroom, and no heat anywhere. Command released the extra units to return to service and the all-call was cancelled.
