The incident's link and what's wrong. The easiest way is the Report an error link on the incident's page: it opens an email to [email protected] with the incident's number and link filled in, so you only add what's wrong. If you know what really happened, tell us how you know.

We listen to the audio. Then we fix the title, the summary or the map pin, or take the incident down if it wasn't a real call.

The radio audio is published as it was heard and is never edited. We correct what we wrote about a call, not what was said on the air.
