Training exercise

This was a training exercise, not a real emergency. Waterford Fire crews and inspectors appeared to be testing a building's fire alarm system, calling out detectors, stairwell and other devices on the first and second floors one by one. Near the end, the panel was returned to normal operation, a trouble signal came up as expected and crews said everything was good. The radio did not give the building's location.
