Springfield crews assist with fire call in Milford

Springfield Twp · Nov 3, 2026, 3:38 PM

Springfield Township fire units, including a chief and two water tankers, were sent to Milford for a reported fire, apparently as mutual aid. Crews reported that a homeowner was not home and the fire appeared to have been extinguished, though the transcription was garbled. The chief and a tanker later reported arriving, and a second tanker headed to Milford was told there was enough manpower and tankers. No address was given on the radio and it did not say how the call ended.
