Tree and power lines down on Meadow Lake Road

6630 Meadow Lake Road, Bloomfield Twp · Nov 1, 2026, 12:12 PM

Bloomfield Township fire crews were sent to Meadow Lake Road near 6630 for a downed wire. Crews reported live wires across the street and a large tree that fell on a car, and the ambulance originally sent was cancelled while the engine handled the call. On scene, the engine reported a large tree on primary and secondary lines across multiple poles, and crews asked for DTE, a tree-cutting crew and possibly the road department. Crews also asked that the utility be told primary wires were over an electric vehicle, and the radio did not say when the scene was cleared.
